    Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant's operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant's high brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
    • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
    • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
    • Schedule and maintain labor within budget
    • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
    • Provide operational and productivity reports to upper management
    • Coordinate marketing efforts and community events
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business
    • 2-3 years of prior restaurant management experience
    • Strong leadership skills and an ability to set and achieve high standards across a team
    • Strong training and development skills
    • Ability to identify and develop future leaders
    • Capability to use data to make sound business decisions
    • Ability to set and execute strategies to achieve vision and objectives
    • Effective written and verbal communication
