- How to operate the overhead crane to plan and load/ unload all material for inbound/ outbound shipments
- How to use scanner guns to electronically complete load sheet
- How to scan and organize the warehouse in a safe manner during downtime
- How to perform daily crane inspections and report any defects
- How to maintain area cleanliness
- Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy
- 1+ years industrial experience strongly preferred
- Proven mechanical aptitude needed for these positions
- Ability to work shift work
- High school diploma/ GED required
- Attention to detail, dependability, professionalism and a great work ethic are required for these positions
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for several hours
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours
- Ability to perform work in a plant/manufacturing environment
- Other physical requirements as needed for job

Reporting to the Shipper Lead, the Shipper will ensure his/ her role in production is fulfilled with a commitment to the continual improvement in uptime, product quality and overall mill performance.
