    Description
    Purpose of Position: Serve Casino guests with excellent service, maintaining efficiency and pleasant demeanor. Execute responsible service of alcoholic beverages, deliver food, drinks, and merchandise while meeting guest needs. Accurately execute transactions, entering orders, tabulating bills, and receiving payment.

    Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; waiver possible by Human Resources Management.
    • Minimum two years in food and beverage/hospitality industry; one year bartending experience preferred.
    • Certificate of safe alcohol server training mandatory as per regulations.


    Job Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Serve guests promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
    • Prepare food and beverages according to prep sheets and standard recipes.
    • Display food and merchandise in accordance with ServSafe and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain inventory, supplies, and prepare food based on business volumes and supervisor direction.
    • Proficient in Point of Sale system for full utilization.
    • Follow cash-handling practices and policies.
    • Verify age and ID of bar guests under 30.
    • Provide safe and responsible alcohol service.
    • Follow recipes, control portioning, and maintain inventory.
    • Count cash, separate charge slips, and prepare bank deposits.
    • Maintain clean dining area, shelves, counters, and windows.
    • Ensure displays cases and refrigerators are clean and stocked.
    • Maintain organized work area for guest interaction and safety.
    • Maintain knowledge and answer guest questions regarding food venues, beverage service, and Casino information.
    • Assess guest needs and recognize opportunities for purchase.
    • Perform other duties assigned.

    Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
