    Description

    Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Physical Design engineer

    Position type: Full Time

    Duration: Full Time

    Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

    As a Physical Design engineer , you will:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in power delivery, power grid design and signoff
    • Experience with power delivery networks, including on-die power gating and in-rush current profiles
    • Understanding of RTL2GDS flow and design tape outs in 16nm/14nm or below process technologies
    • Experience with low power implementation, power gating, multiple voltage rails, UPF/CPF knowledge
    • Experience working with EDA tools like DC/Genus, ICC2/Innovus, Primetime, Redhawk/Voltus or Calibre
    • Experience in power analysis and reduction using PrimeTime PX/PrimePower
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Python, TCL, Perl programming

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

    Pay Range*: $140- $150 K Per Year.

    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
