- Provide high quality Anesthesiology services within the Hospital
- Provide anesthesia consultation to inpatients and outpatients
- Provide occasional clinical education to members of the hospital staff
- Operate at all times within federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations
- Follow policies, rules and regulations of the Hospital
- Work within applicable standards of the American Society of Anesthesiologists
- Participate in committees and required meetings and undertake the responsibilities of the member of the Medical Staff
- Provide exceptional patient care
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, including observing appropriate break times and extending a scheduled shift when necessary to meet patient demands
- Performs duties in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Complies with the Code of Conduct and all appropriate policies and procedures
- Other duties that are relevant to the position and department
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Licensed in the State in the practice of Anesthesiology
- Maintain current federal DEA number
- 10 or more years experience providing anesthesia in acute care setting
- Skill and experience with full range of anesthesia methods
