    As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist with inventory maintenance, and contribute to business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.

    Key Characteristics for Success:

    • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience.
    • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, and takes action to capitalize or resolve them.
    • Selling: Develops knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
    • Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
    • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
    • Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
    • Complete warranty repair work.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
