    Looking for an ERP Specialist whose experience has been with Netsuite This is an exciting opportunity with a growing company in the Detroit Metro area.

    Key Accountabilities
    Configure, maintain and upgrade ERP to meet the daily operational needs and strategic projects
    Actively identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies and performance
    Stay current with software capabilities, industry trends, best practices, and upcoming releases
    Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, change management, and support for optimal usage within ERP and other systems
    Support end-users with IT/ERP related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner
    Test and deploy customizations, custom object, new functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs
    Provide support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with ERP developer(s) or support team on issues that cannot be initially resolved
    Design, implement, and maintain functionality of ERP including scripts, workflows, reports, saved searches, integration and dashboards
    Assist with day to day requests i.e. creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, locations etc.
    Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies that improve and enhance the business processes centered on the ERP platform
    Responsible for managing quarterly user access review
    Build productive working relationships with individuals and organizations
    Effectively present technical designs to non-technical audiences
    Work effectively as part of a team and independently
    Works toward certification in areas of expertise, when available
    May assist with formal or informal presentations

    Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related discipline
    Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
    Be able to work with team members throughout various levels of the organization
    Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, detail-oriented skill and strong teamwork mindset
    Understanding of IT industry, e.g. emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, systems design, and systems integration and an in-depth knowledge of accepted IT processes
    Experience/aptitude for creating/maintaining custom Suite Scripts, workflow, bank integration, SFTP setup, REST and SOAP API set up and supporting integrations
    Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations and permissions
    Experience managing data integration from and to finance enterprise applications

    Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills consistent with the ability to present the results of projects and research to management.

    Ability to influence and build relationships to foster a positive work environment and elicit support for acceptance of new technology within the organization
    Promotes continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that results in a continuous improvement culture within Information Technology.
    Follows solution delivery life cycle and ability to apply best practices
    Experience with PBCS and NSAW is a plus
    Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus
