Job summary
This Executive Producer will own end-to-end vision and delivery of Zeta Live as a global executive platform.
The role includes managing $5M P&L with financial discipline while delivering a best-in-class attendee experience,
designing and overseeing full program across multiple stages to drive education and engagement,
owning audience strategy to secure priority clients and C-Suite level contacts,
directing speaker outreach, relationships, travel logistics management for over 90+ speakers,
manning production execution (in-person digital), managing creative production partners;
- Demonstrated success leading$3M–$10M+ programs.
- Prowen ability attract negotiate prep senior executives high-profile speakers entertainment talent.
