Job Summary
The Admin Assistant Simulation will manage a range of administrative support tasks as they relate to the daily operational needs of the simulation center while consistently displaying an upbeat, accommodating attitude and solid work ethic.This position is the face of the center and the entry point to all colleagues across the multiple lines of business and facility support matrix.
In this role you will:
Always available to pleasantly greet guests, in person or on the telephone, promptly, courteously and professionally
Skillfully operating a multi-line telephone system, managing daily calls, voicemail messages and out of office greetings as needed
