    CACI has an immediate need for a Requirements Analyst to work from our North Charleston, SC office. The Requirements Analyst will interact with business owners to translate their requirements into systems and software requirements and design. The Requirements Analyst will solve system analysis problems (or managing the solution of system analysis problems) in the functional area to which assigned.

    **What Youll Get to Do:**

    + Possess an understanding of customer mission/business objectives.

    + Interface with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs.

    + Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements.

    + Translate and decompose business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.

    + Proactively communicate and collaborate with technical team and business owners to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver an effective solution.

    + Assist in reviewing and evaluating work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.

    + Assist QA with internal test execution, inclusive of documenting results, tracking defects, and trouble-shooting defects and issues that arise out of testing.

    + Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

    + Lead software demonstrations to business owners each software iteration and as needed.

    + Collect and analyze project metrics.

    **Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

    + At least 1.5 years of related experience.

    + Current Secret Clearance

    + Current CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and methodologies.

    **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**

    + Bachelors degree

    + Public speaking and/or presentation skills.

    + Agile certifications (Product Owner, Scrum Master)

    + Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

    $45,900 - $91,800
