    OverviewFYZICAL Spanish Fork is seeking a clinical director physical therapist to join our new clinic in Spanish Fork. Our practice is located in a newly renovated medical facility.

    If you want to be the best at what you do and be rewarded for it, you have found the right placeQualificationsRequiredGraduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program (bachelors, masters or doctorate in physical therapy)Current or eligible for Utah state physical therapist licensureMinimum 2 years experience as a physical therapistExperience with orthopedic rehabilitationAbility to perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge evaluationsConstruct and deploy evidence-based treatment programs within the therapists scope of practice and knowledge baseSupervise PTAs, ATCs, technicians, and studentsWork well in a team-based settingPreferredExperience or interest in treating balance and vestibular patients, including sports concussion; for therapists with orthopedic expertise but limited vestibular/balance background, additional training and continuing education will be providedCompensation and BenefitsBase salary plus profit sharing/productivity bonusesJob Responsibilities Document all company notes, reports and summariesEnsure smooth and timely patient flowAssign and supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant's patient care activitiesAssign and supervise the Rehab Technician's non-patient activities activitiesDetermine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/recordsAfter reviewing patient records, strategize, create and carry out treatment plansTrack and report treatment progress; adjust as necessaryOversee all assistant, technician and student job assignments/activitiesGive lectures; provide PT and related training for in-house staff and outside groupsProvide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility (payroll, filing, requisitions, etc.)

    Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summariesAssure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointmentsDelegate appropriate patient care activities to the PTA in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Practice ActSupervision of all PTA activities including the delegation and supervision of non-patient care activities of the Rehab TechReview physicians referral (prescription), and patients condition/medical records to determine physical therapy treatment requiredPlan, prepare and administer treatment program based on evaluation of patient dataEvaluate and record effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefitOrient, instruct and direct work activities of assistants, techs and studentsPlan and conduct lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics for medical staff, students and community groupsAnalyze and organize the clinic's operations/procedures including payroll prep, information management, filing systems, requisition of suppliesRequired Skills & Qualifications Must possess a master's or doctorate in PTCurrent state licensing and all other state-required documentationBasic computer skillsMaster of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)State license to practice and any additional requirements by the state#J-18808-Ljbffr
