    Job Description


    Safely and efficiently perform manual labor during the production process of products. Operate and troubleshoot two production machines, setting up and running two machines, retrieving own material and doing your own material transactions. Perform minor repairs as necessary. Actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by the facility and Danfoss Robotic machines. SMT Robotic Benders and Auto Crimpers. Complex troubleshooting is a daily expectation of this position.

    This is a FT position - Fri Sat & Sun - 5 AM to 5 PM - 3, 12 hour days paid for 40 hour week

    *New Hires may be required to train on 1st Shift DURING WEEK DAYS

    Job Responsibilities



    Must be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving products, processes, services, deliveries and overall quality.



    Ability to read and understand blue prints, control plans, routers, job instructions and measurement tools. Must be able to make decisions regarding what part to run based on the min/max levels of inventory.



    Must be able to troubleshoot around the cameras and machines finding its home position. Must have expanded visual inspection abilities and know the escalation process when employee needs help on a part or machine.



    Maintain flexibility to be able to move from work area to work area in order to meet the delivery expectations of the customers and the productivity goals for the plant. Able to work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision.



    Promotes cooperation and "team oriented" work environment at all times under the direction of the leadership.



    Creates/maintains a safe work environment and practices safety for themselves and others at all times.


    Background & Skills



    High School Degree or GED

    Ability to read blueprints and gage part

    Must be able to push, pull, twist and lift up to 50lb frequently



    Use scale, calipers, adjustable, direct reading and fixed gauges to set up, operate, and check work
