    Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Healthcare, K-12 schools, and Industrial construction projects to lead full-cycle development and execution.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
    • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Standards Outreach Program certification.
    • 7-10 years of experience in managing construction projects immediately.
    • Experience with industrial and/or healthcare construction projects preferred.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software.
    • Familiarity with Sage Estimating and TimberScan software is an advantage.
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong mathematical skills including arithmetic and algebra for problem-solving.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerning construction projects alongside superintendents or field engineers.
    • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures within company policy and contractual specifications.
    • Maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
    • Oversee project progression through administrative direction to meet budgetary and scheduling targets.
    • Address serious situations swiftly with corrective measures.
    • Engage actively in project meetings and strategic discussions representing the company's interests.
    • Manage the requisition of supplies and materials for project completion.
    • Communicate plans and contract terms effectively to staff, workers, and clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
    • Generate reports on work progress, cost control, and scheduling to inform stakeholders of project status.
    • Coordinate with General Superintendent for worker allocation across sites based on project needs.
    • Contribute to the training and development of Field Engineers.

    Note: This role requires travel to variable job site locations as necessary.

    Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
