    Byrider's Branch Finance Assistant will interview all customers with applications submitted for loan processing. The role oversees the complete verification process and input of data into the finance system platform (Discover). Will present completed qualification package to the Branch Finance Manager for credit decision and review all deal structures prior to finalizing all sales the closing documents. Will assist the Branch Finance Manager with all customer questions and act in a Cashier-type role during closing procedures and/or other cash-related transactions. Will have heavy customer contact and interaction on a daily basis

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversees the complete daily workflow of customer loan application and verification process for presenting completed qualified packages to the Manager for credit decision.
    • Team player with polished communication skills and high level of professionalism.
    • Resourceful problem solver with high level of critical thinking to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • 1+ Years of buy-here/pay-here sales and service model (auto industry)
    • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under limited supervision.
    • High technological proficiency including PC computer skills, retail point-of-sale experience, internet and cloud-based technology. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to all automotive dealership hardware and software.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit. Expected local travel of 10%.
