    Journeyman - Traveling Laborers

    Job Overview

    A traveling laborer is a versatile worker who moves between locations to perform manual labor on temporary assignments during power plant off-seasons. They provide flexible workforce solutions for projects that require additional hands or specialized work in different geographic areas.

    • Flexible and adaptable, traveling laborers thrive in fast-paced environments with varying tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Travel to out-of-state job sites as needed, including weekly overnight trips;
    Create team-based working relationships while operating hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
  • Promote safe work environments following OSHA regulations; adheres strictly to the safety of all workers
  • Maintain physical stamina despite potentially dirty conditions and physically demanding tasks – adapt daily tasks accordingly./ol/h1Physical Demands:/11>p>The role requires employees regularly stand, walk use their hands fingers handle feel speak hear frequently reach waist high repetitively lift 25 pounds occasional lifts over 100 pounds with assistance Workers may be exposed variable temperatures weather conditions overtime hours impacted sometimes
