    Purpose and Impact of Your Role

    As a Legal Brief Attorney at Wisner Baum, you will play a pivotal role in shaping legal strategies and advocating for our clients' interests. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting persuasive briefs, and collaborating with our managing partner and attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct exhaustive legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations, ensuring the provision of accurate and current information.
    • Deliver comprehensive legal analyses that serve as a foundation for robust legal strategies, thereby enhancing the strength of our clients' cases.
    • Prepare compelling and logically structured legal briefs, memos, and other documents for submission to courts, regulatory bodies, and other entities.
    • Ensure the production of persuasive and legally sound documents that comply with all applicable laws and regulations, strengthening our clients' positions in legal proceedings.
    • Collaborate proactively with attorneys and legal teams to formulate effective case strategies grounded in meticulous legal research and analysis.
    • Facilitate the development of well-informed legal arguments and strategies for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, contributing to successful client representation.
    • Remain vigilant in tracking changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact our clients.
    • Enable the legal team to adapt strategies proactively by providing timely insights into evolving legal landscapes, acquired through regular attendance at legal seminars, conferences, and training sessions.

    What You Need to Get the Job Done

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an top tier accredited law school.
    • Federal Court Clerk Experience
    • Proven experience as a Legal Brief Writer.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
