    About The Team

    The Wealth, Retirement & International (WRI) division is a growth engine within FIS's Banking Solutions Segment.

    Across the (WRI) division, the Business Operations & Enablement department is responsible for strategic planning, process execution, cross-team collaboration, communication, operational oversight, CEO reporting, and business intelligence.

    The Business Analyst I position will sit on the Client & Colleague Engagement team within Business Operations & Enablement.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As a Business Analyst I on the Client & Colleague Engagement team within Business Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting some of the team's key bodies of work


    This includes:
    Assisting in cascading key divisional messaging to ensure clear and consistent communication across the organization.
    Supporting the planning and execution of client meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
    Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, such as white papers and blogs, to showcase the division's expertise and insights.
    Helping to recognize and share colleague success stories to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    Supporting the planning and execution of executive cadences to ensure effective communication and collaboration among leadership.
    Assisting in operationalizing key processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    Utilizing Microsoft programs to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner to support planning, decision-making, and reporting.

    Supporting the PMO structure and software to ensure successful project delivery.


    In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver value to the organization.

    What you bring

    Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
    Ability to work well independently and within a team

    Bonus if you have

    Banking knowledge and/or experience
    Experience using Canva
    Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI

    Student Loan Repayment Program:

    FIS will PAY OFF participants' undergraduate loan balance over 10 years of service Eligibility starts after one year of tenure in the program.
