- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings, and events, while efficiently managing the office calendar.
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks (Not required, but a plus)
- Mail management
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the office, common areas, and store room.
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration, Receptionist and other related fields
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, Planner, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of and CRM systems is a bonus.
