Job description
One of our client company is seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript (6+ years) to support next‑generation software applications used across set‑top boxes and smart TVs.
You will be part of one of two development teams working collaboratively within shared application codebases as the organization transitions to a Lightning-based UI framework (Lightning experience not required).
This role requires strong communication, clean coding practices, and the ability to work effectively in a large enterprise engineering environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance front-end user interfaces for high-performance, consumer-facing video and device platforms.
Build reusable components and maintain scalable code using modern JavaScript best practices.
Collaborate with another dev team operating within the same codebase to ensure consistency, shared standards, and smooth integration.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and joint design planning.
Work closely with product, QA, and architecture teams within a mature telecom ecosystem.
Contribute to CI/CD integrations where applicable.
Work onsite in Philadelphia HQ 4 days per week, with 1 remote day.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands-on JavaScript development experience in enterprise-scale applications.
Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework:
React, Angular, or similar.
Strong experience with in application or tooling environments.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple development teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — essential in high-coordination, multi-team environments.
Experience working in large organizations or telecom/media technology systems is a plus (but not required).
