Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Tempe, Arizona.Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $11,226/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 26 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts

Job responsibilities:
Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
