So, what exactly does a cook do at Johnny Rockets: **SUMMARY:** Create a lively and entertaining experience while serving all-American burgers, shakes and fries. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Providing entertaining experience to Guests

Following recipe standards efficiently

Following food safety guidelines

Maintaining a safe working environment

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**

Must know basic kitchen procedures and methods of food preparation. One year of short order or fast food restaurant cooking experience preferred.

Ability to understand and follow simple written and verbal instructions.

Ability to perform simple math calculations.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out one or multiple step instructions.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
