Job summary

We are looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to shape the customer journey at DeepIP. You will establish strong relationships with our earliest customers and ensure they realize maximum value from our AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, long-lasting trust with patent professionals and IP law firms adopting DeepIP's AI-powered legal technology.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and enablement for new and existing customers to ensure seamless integration and product understanding.
