- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute valuable insights.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with a focus on School Psychology.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychologist in Texas.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
