    Azul Latin Kitchen is located in the Heavenly Village and has been in operation since 2014. We offer a family friendly atmosphere, serving a "lighter, fresher and healthier" take on Mexican and South and Central American cuisine. We are committed to using local, organic, and sustainable products whenever possible to provide the highest quality foods to our customers. Don't forget about our drinks, which consist of a variety of tequila and non-tequila options, and are made with fresh-squeezed juices instead of mixtures.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of proven restaurant management or hospitality management experience
    • Ability to write DSR reports and business correspondence. Great oral and written communication
    • Interview, check references, hire, train
    • Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis
    • Write a schedule
    • Monitor labor
    • Process payroll
    • Accurate cash handling skills
    • Professional written and oral communication

    • Reviews staff, provides coaching and feedback
    • Inventory and ordering
    • Assist in coordinating maintenance needs

    • Familiarity with restaurant management software
    • Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
    • Certifications in food safety, sexual harassment prevention, leadership courses, and serving alcohol safely are beneficial
    • BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus
    • Can stand on feet for long durations of time
    • Can lift 50lbs
