    We've been retained to support a fast-growth health tech company based in New York.

    About The Role:

    You'll own Growth for a small, fast-growing health tech company in the US as we launch new markets nationally. The company is backed by leading investors. This is a high ownership opportunity to directly establish a team and work closely with leadership to set the direction of our overall scale. The ideal candidate iterates in quick feedback loops, consistently optimizing each scalable and unscalable channel to hit acquisition goals.

    • Own paid marketing and the construction of a full-funnel paid strategy across Meta and Google
    • Expertly run a data driven experimentation playbook across multiple scalable and unscalable channels
    • Diagnose potential issues in our conversion funnel and uncover insights to optimize campaigns and conversions at scale
    • Equally excited to run a national paid marketing campaign as pilot a user acquisition strategy in brick-and-mortar casinos.
    • Design and implement successful systems across company with a focus on making sure high quality leads enter our funnels
    • Work closely with our Founder, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure the company is offering the highest quality patient experience, in alignment with our mission

    Who You Are:

    • 3+ years direct experience running growth at a high-growth startup
    • Have experience owning operations or operationally focused projects in a hyper-growth early stage startup environment
    • Have a data and results-focused mentality across dynamic environments
    • Comfortable scoping and tackling ambiguous problems and executing on solutions
    • Bonus points for experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups
