Position Description

RICE Services Inc., (A 100% employee owned ESOP) is looking to hire an organized, professional Admin to join our team.

Fulltime position, Monday through Friday

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Strong Excel skills
• Construction industry experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Bilingual, English & Spanish
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office and related spreadsheets and database software.
  
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
• Comfortable, creating, editing, modifying documents using Microsoft Office products.

Requirements:

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Coordinate job site materials requirements, maintenance, inventory and returns
• Aid in large projects that could include- large footprint, and assisted with material overages and or returns.
• will be responsible for organization, inventory, shipping and receiving of all material for all jobs assigned to them.
