TITLE: Principal - Centennial Elementary School (Grades Anticipated

12-month contract





QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A Master's Degree, with appropriate certification in administration.
2. A valid state certificate to practice as a school principal.
3. Experience in public school administration and supervision.


REPORTS TO: Superintendent





SUPERVISES:
1. Teaching staff and paraprofessionals.
2. All educational support personnel.
3. Other resource and service personnel while functioning in the assigned elementary school.


JOB GOAL(S): 1. Establish a clear and consistent vision for students learning.
2. Focus on ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
3.

Establish clear lines of communication regarding school goals, objectives, practices, policies, and accomplishments with students, teachers, parents, and the community at-large.

4. Ensure a school culture focused on continuous improvement.
