We seek a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our tight-knit multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
The mental health professionals at Northern Psychiatric Associates offer individualized services for adults, adolescents, children, and families. We provide care coordination with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.Services are offered in a comfortable, private outpatient facility, several areas of nursing, memory care, and group homes, as well as via telehealth.
In addition to traditional therapy and medication management, we also offer TMS services.Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must be fully licensed in the state of MN
LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC required
