Cost Accountant (3+ yrs.; Manufacturing exp. req., Excellent Culture) Responsibilities

Oversee cost accounting and department operations

Produce financial reports, ensuring GAAP compliance

Craft annual budget and forecasts

Collaborate with auditors for annual audit

Manage financial reporting

Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Supervise billing, accounts payable, and payroll processing

Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements

Assist with HR tasks
Cost Accountant (3+ yrs.; Manufacturing exp. req., Excellent Culture) Qualifications

Accounting or finance degree required

2+ years of cost accounting experience in Manufacturing required

3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required

3+ years of financial reporting experience required
