    Description

    The Trade Compliance Analyst will support the Trade Compliance Analyst Lead for the North America Region of the company, for all business units. This role will work closely with Trade Compliance and Legal departments. This position will be located at our Houston, TX with a hybrid work schedule.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Assist Trade Compliance team

    Audit/reviews for import/exports

    Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to validate reports, transactions and invoices

    Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with SAP and SAP Reporting (ex: BW, BI). - knowing the composition of products based on information in SAP

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Intermediate user in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas, manipulate data, analyze data and show progress). Proficiency in Alteryx a plus.

    Analytical skills

    Some Project Management skills

    Bachelors degree or Trade Compliance Certification strongly desired

    Basic knowledge of export such as INCOterms, export process and regulations a plus.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with a focus on results orientation, customer service and change management.

    Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    Interpersonal skills centered on problem solving are key for this project
