    Who are we looking for?As a CNC Machinist you will be hands-on involved in composite projects working within a team-oriented environment.

    The CNC machinist will be consistently using new processes and materials to serve our customers in aerospace, defense, and other industries.

    The CNC Machinist can also expect to do fixturing, set ups, and operates CNC machinery to fabricate complex carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite parts and components.

    What you get to doPerform CNC Operations, to include machine set-up for 3 and 5 axis vertical and horizontal milling capabilitiesOperate machines in accordance with internal process and any other required paperwork (i.e., drawings, specifications, etc.)Use manufacturing paperwork (travelers, blueprints, sketches, etc.) to manufacture products that meet quality requirementsInspect and verify work to ensure it meets specification requirementsWhat you will bring to the TeamSkilled Trade/ Technical Certification (preferred)At least 5 years of experience with manufacturing using CNC machinesAbility to read & understand blueprints and technical documentsMust have the ability to recognize there is no one size fits all approach to machiningMust be able to rethink how work is done to make modifications and improvements to productsAble to multi-task and operate in a complex environmentProficient with inspection gaging (Calipers, Micrometers, indicators, etc.)Basic computer knowledgeMust be able to read, speak, write and understand basic EnglishAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsMust have the ability to recognize there is no one size fits all approach to machiningAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formMust be able to rethink how work is done to make modifications and improvements to productsAble to multi-task and operate in a complex environmentThe BIG payoff We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.
