- Provide support services to families in shelter or those recently housed
- Offer case management to ensure families remain housed and address their goals
- Make necessary referrals for services within JRI and to external agencies
- Coordinate provider meetings and collaborate on solutions to address family needs
- Focus on Housing First and Housing Stabilization initiatives
- Maintain a caseload, complete documentation promptly, and document progress notes accurately

Who we are seeking:
Looking for a skilled Housing Specialist to join our team at JRI's FOCUS Program. Our program offers temporary emergency shelter, diversion services, case management, and stabilization services to families in southeastern Massachusetts facing homelessness or at-risk situations. We take a collaborative, strength-based approach with families, incorporating motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care to support them in battling the challenges of poverty and homelessness while seeking permanent housing.
