    Job Summary and Qualifications

    What you will do in this role:

    • Responsible for managing and navigating the list of patients referred to the Structural Heart Clinic for possible procedure.
    • Ensure patients have an understanding of the procedure they are referred for.
    • Coordinate appointments and procedures that the patient will be expected to undergo during work-up to meet all required guidelines
    • Present patient information during Structural Heart Meetings to the multi-disciplinary team for review,
    • Ensure all Registry and CMS guidelines are withheld prior to, during, and after procedure.
    • Work in tandem with the CCL and CVOR as well as Physicians and Product Representatives to coordinate procedure dates and times.
    • Responsible for leading the effort in capturing, validating, managing and submitting registry data to Structural Heart (TVT and LAAO) registries.
    • Validate registry databases and data prior to submission to appropriate registries.
    • Responsible for communicating to the appropriate facility representatives the results of the data submission and recommendation for improvements in conjunction with the CV Registry Coordinator.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • ACLS, BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
    • At least 3 years of Cardiovascular/ICU patient care; Cath Lab, EP Lab, or CVOR experience preferred.
