    Our Open Opportunity

    Join our dynamic leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping. In this role, you will play a vital part in our Rooms Division leadership, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. We seek individuals with keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize effectively. The Assistant Director of Housekeeping will lead the Housekeeping Team towards achieving our objectives. Success in this role requires being a collaborative team player, adept with electronic systems, and willing to assume leadership responsibilities across various operational aspects. Inspiring our talented team to excel is key to this role's effectiveness. Flexibility to work during busy periods, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Lead, train, and motivate the Housekeeping Team to ensure adherence to established standards and goals
    • Maintain high cleanliness levels in line with Four Seasons standards
    • Efficiently utilize systems and platforms for operational effectiveness and timely record-keeping
    • Manage labor and operating expenses through strategic scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
    Preferred Qualifications and Skills
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in electronic system operations
    • Passion for delivering luxury hospitality
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    Candidates must hold valid U.S. work authorization.
