    Join Our Team as Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineers!

    We are looking for talented individuals to be part of our Airborne Multifunction Systems (AMS) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in Linthicum, MD. In this role, you will contribute to major development programs, including radar projects for air platforms, bomber programs, surveillance missions, and UAV systems.


    • Develop and field advanced signal processing algorithms and system performance models within the Multifunction RF space.
    • Create signal processing algorithms and design radar waveforms.
    • Solve problems, identify enhancements, and collaborate with various teams.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of related experience.
    • Experience with Radar/RF signal processing algorithms.
    • Proficiency in MATLAB or equivalent programming/analysis languages.
    • Knowledge of systems engineering principles and effective communication skills.
    • Active DoD Secret clearance.
    • US Citizenship required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
    • Master's Degree or PhD in a STEM discipline.
    • Experience with radar techniques and signal processing.
    • Leadership experience in program execution.
    • Proficiency in signal processing or RF applications.
    • Programming expertise in MATLAB and C/C++.
    • Experience in integrating and testing modes/algorithms on radar systems.

    Salary Range: $102,400 - $153,600

    Salary Range 2: $127,000 - $190,600
