    Job Details:
    • Reasonable Caseload. Beautiful Work Space. Growth Opportunities.
    • PAY: $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
    • HOURS: Monday - Friday, with weekend rotation planned for future implementation.
    Are you an LMFT or LCSW or LPCC registered with the California BBS, looking to join a collaborative team, offering a holistic approach to clients in a residential/inpatient setting? If you have a genuine interest in working with teens in an inpatient setting and a passion for changing lives, this is your opportunity to join our team.

    Position Overview:
    • Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, and facilitation.
    • You'll advocate for options and services to meet an individual's mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.
    Examples of what you will do is:
    • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care to clientele, ensuring safety and best practices.
    • Ensuring excellent clinical care is provided in individual and group therapy and documented for all clients.
    • Consistently communicating and reporting the needs of the clients to the Clinical Director.
    • Effectively interacting/communicating with all clinical and non-clinical departments coordinating care for clients.
    • Ensuring the timely completion of clinical documentation (notes must be done in 24 hours), including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, and discharge plans.
    • Facilitating comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments upon admission for clients, as assigned by the Clinical Director.

    You will bring:
    • Licensed LMFT or LCSW or LPCC, and registration with California BBS.
    • A genuine desire to work with the adolescent population we serve.
    • Understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for mental health disorders with co-occurring substance abuse issues.
    • Computer proficiency; experience with documentation and EMR systems desired.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation.
    • Strong written and verbal skills.
    • Solid organizational and prioritization abilities.
