    Koddi's commerce media platform serves some of the world's largest brands by helping them optimize the experiences of millions of customers per day.

    We are looking for a Professional Services Senior Manager to execute on the innovative solutions Koddi provides.

    As a Professional Services Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our technical solutions, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to completion.

    You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, to define project scopes, translate outcomes into actionable plans, allocate resources, and drive the successful execution of projects.

    What you will do


    Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify technical and business challenges and translate requirements for integrations into clear and actionable project scopes.

    Provide technical consulting in areas such as IT strategy, engineering services, analytics, integration, and other technical practice areas.
    Provide end-to-end solutions: our team has sold the services, and now we need to execute.
    Drive the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and desired outcomes.
    Align project deliverables with the overall strategic objectives.
    Assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills.
    Develop and review comprehensive Statements of Work, clearly outlining project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    What skills and experience you bring


    Min of 6+ years of delivery management, technical consulting experience required, with a preference for successful experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B preferably in the ad tech industry.

    Ability to understand and communicate complex business needs and propose corresponding technology-based solutions through a deep technical understanding of our product.

    Proficiency in creating proposals and SOW's, responding to RFP's.
    Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with customers, management and peers.
    Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude.
    A strong team player and communicator. Energetic, impeccable integrity and personable demeanor.
    Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
    Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships.
    Travel & Other Requirements

    Ability to travel 25% of the time
