We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training and development to enhance performance
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation
- Oversee sales management, set sales goals, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and bookkeeping duties with accuracy
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, manage shift schedules, and supervise staff to maintain high productivity levels
- Utilize negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing decisions; oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail store environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, retail math, merchandising, and sales management
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales is highly desirable
