- Designing and developing embedded systems for BMS
- Implementing and optimizing embedded C code for advanced BMS chemistry
- Contributing to firmware development for BMS
- Collaborating with diverse teams to integrate BMS into electric aircraft
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of BMS for safety and efficiency
- Proficiency in embedded C programming
- Experience in firmware development
- Strong ability in software development for bare-metal systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for BMS
- Industry experience in Aerospace, Space, Defence, etc
- Experience with DO178 / ISO26262 to DAL A/B or ASIL C/D
- Experience with Git, Atlassian & Makefile tools
- Expertise in core framework & driver development
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in embedded systems engineering
- Demonstrated success in developing BMS for aerospace, defence, or automotive sectors
- In-depth knowledge of battery technologies and energy storage systems
- Familiarity with battery management systems standards and regulations
