- Devise and execute innovative recruiting campaigns utilizing social media and networking events
- Participate in career fairs, including outreach to high schools and colleges
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp departmental needs, refine job descriptions, and define candidate profiles accurately
- Ensure compliance of recruitment processes with all relevant laws and company policies
- Conduct initial interviews, maintain candidate records, and offer timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate final evaluations, and prepare employment offers
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Handle pre- and post-hiring procedures, including necessary employment and background checks
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of personnel records and input new hire data into the HRIS system
- Organize new hire training programs and conduct orientation sessions
- Administer and review feedback surveys for new employees
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team on various projects
- Prior experience in recruitment is a must
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations is essential
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems is required
- Experience in coordinating career fairs is advantageous
- Background in digital and social media is a plus
- A confident, impactful, and engaging presenter
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a focus on confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
