    Job Overview:

    As a Recruitment Specialist at ARDEX Americas, your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment spectrum across our operations in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America). This includes tasks like sourcing, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best individuals for various roles, both salaried and hourly, as well as managing the onboarding process.     Location:

    This is a full-time position situated at our corporate campus, just a short 20-minute drive from Pittsburgh International Airport. Surrounded by the serene landscape of Raccoon Creek, our location not only promises a fulfilling career but also a peaceful retreat from the city chaos, complete with complimentary parking. We are also open to considering candidates seeking part-time positions with full-time benefits.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Devise and execute innovative recruiting campaigns utilizing social media and networking events
    • Participate in career fairs, including outreach to high schools and colleges
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp departmental needs, refine job descriptions, and define candidate profiles accurately
    • Ensure compliance of recruitment processes with all relevant laws and company policies
    • Conduct initial interviews, maintain candidate records, and offer timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
    • Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate final evaluations, and prepare employment offers
    • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Handle pre- and post-hiring procedures, including necessary employment and background checks
    • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of personnel records and input new hire data into the HRIS system
    • Organize new hire training programs and conduct orientation sessions
    • Administer and review feedback surveys for new employees
    • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team on various projects

    Your Profile:

    • Prior experience in recruitment is a must
    • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations is essential
    • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems is required
    • Experience in coordinating career fairs is advantageous
    • Background in digital and social media is a plus
    • A confident, impactful, and engaging presenter
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
    • Highly self-motivated with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
    • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a focus on confidentiality
    • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Educational Background:

    • Preferably an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields; alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant work experience
