    Job Summary

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in surpassing our sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, cultivating leads, and contributing to the growth of our sales funnel. As a Natura Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new account development and revenue for the sales department through direct sales to licensed retailers of Natura brands. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

    Salary Range : $66,560

    Essential Functions

    • Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team has up-to-date information on all leads.
    • Qualify incoming leads promptly to facilitate swift appointment scheduling, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.
    • Explore new business opportunities within your designated geographical area.
    • Track and analyze performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the company meets its objectives.
    • Utilize various communication channels, such as cold calling and email, to prospect potential customers and enhance the sales pipeline with qualified leads.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Proficiency in using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process.
    • Strong time management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
    • A minimum of two years of previous sales experience.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    • This role does not contain supervisory responsibilities.

    Working Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
