    Job Details:

    • Work five 8-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    • 40 hours guaranteed per week
    • Every other holiday required
    • No on-call or weekends
    • IR experience required
    • 2 years of experience required
    • Travel experience required

    Required certifications:
    ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit


    • Maryland license required
    • Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
    • Scrubbing for IR, vascular, and pain procedures is mandatory
    • Must be proficient in operating the Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm
    • Handle interventional procedures including tunneled catheter placements, embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, PEG tube placements, and Pleurx catheter placements
    • Perform pain management procedures including epidural blocks and radiofrequency ablations
    • Conduct vascular procedures including angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, and IVC filter placements
    • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in 2-room facility
    • Charting system experience required with Cerner

    Facility:
    This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The facility specializes in minimally invasive procedures including vascular interventions, pain management treatments, and interventional radiology services.

    The department maintains state-of-the-art imaging equipment and supports a full range of procedural capabilities with dedicated rooms for specialized care.
