    Responsibilities:
    Lead the design and development of CRM, VMS, and Job Board functionalities using Java and related technologies.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.

    Conduct regular code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain adherence to industry best practices.

    Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebase for seamless performance.

    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software development.


    Qualifications:
    Must be

    located

    in Austin or willing to relocate to Austin

    Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong background in developing CRM, VMS, or Job Board solutions.

    In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and relevant technologies.

    Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases, and ORM frameworks.

    Familiarity with CRM and VMS concepts, job board functionalities, and related integrations.

    Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
