    We are hiring a full-time Payroll Processor to join our team in Largo, FL
    Please note- this is not a remote or hybrid role

    What you need will be doing:
    • Process weekly payroll
    • Maintain employee records
    • Compile reports using Excel and other internal systems (Sage, ADP, SamPro, Procore and more)
    • Handle Accounting & Payroll functions with accuracy and efficiency
    • Work closely with Human Resources on entering new employees into the system
    • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and supervisors
    • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential information
    • Complete other tasks as assigned
    What you need for this position:
    • Credit check is required for this position
    • Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience
    • ADP experience required
    • Multi-State Payroll Processing required
    • Garnishment processing experience required
    • Excel experience is a major plus
    • Payroll tax processing major plus
    • Experience with Construction or Service employees is a major plus
    • Timberline Sage and SamPro experience a plus
    • Candidates must have the ability to keep information confidential
    • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask is required
    • 10 key experiences is necessary
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
