~Must Have Recent Luxury Hotel Experience
~Provide guidence to ensure quality and consitency
~Ensure food quality control and compliance with health codes and brand standards
~Supervise and schedule culinary staff to ensure proper staffing levels within budgeted guidelines
~Participate in food inventories and revenue and expense forecasting for responsible departments
~Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure ongoing growth and development

Must Have Luxury Experience in a Hotel
~5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
~Experience within luxury brand/markets preferred
~Food Safety Manager Certification preferred or attained within 30 days
~Ability to be a leading Visible member for the hotel
