    AEG seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Sales Team Lead to join our team in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of tickets, donations, VIP experiences, and premium hospitality packages for all ticketed sports at Syracuse University.

    About the Role:

    The Ticket Sales Team Lead will lead the day-to-day leadership and mentoring of the sales team, focusing on teaching the Legends sales process while driving new and renewal ticket sales. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop ticketing and service representatives.
    • Drive revenue through the sale of tickets, donations, VIP experiences, and premium hospitality packages for all ticketed sports.
    • Work closely with the Director, Data & Analytics, and the Sr. Manager, Marketing to identify target prospects, cultivate new prospects, and ideate lead generation opportunities.
    • Manage and evaluate sales team performance by establishing activity metrics and objectives.
    • Ideate, plan, and host sales events throughout the year.
    • Assist in creating e-marketing campaigns, inventory management, and season ticket member renewals.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive, year-round sales strategy.

    Requirements:

    • At least three years of sales experience identifying, cultivating, and soliciting customers with a proven record of consistently achieving sales goals and targets.
    • At least one year of management experience.
    • Degree in business, sports management, or related field.
    • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with Ticketmaster/Archtics and Salesforce software a plus.
