Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Outlet Sales Stylist to join our team. As a Luxury Outlet Sales Stylist Keyholder, you will be responsible for contributing to the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales.Responsibilities
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals-Drive KPIS through head-to-toe styling with the entire collection -Exceed all sales goals by maximizing walk in client sales
-Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationship after the sale
-Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes
-Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Retail Sales achieving and exceeding sales goals- Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively- Ability to build and maintain a client book and loyal client following- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysJob description
