~ Willing to take on any task at any time as needed.

DUTIES:

~ Identifies and implements strategies which provide optimal educational opportunities for students, including: academic, counseling, extra-, athletic and other services.

~ Develops and maintains effective communication systems with staff, students, parents and community.

~ Maintains a high standard of student conduct within a positive and reinforcing learning environment.

~ Supervises and evaluates staff.

~ Coummunity involvement, through participation in parent groups, informing parents and community members of school activities, working with civic and community service organizations, attending and/or superivising school activities.

~ Maintains and continues to develop professional expertise in educational leadership, instructional and assessment practices, curricular needs, school site administration and superivision.

~ Attends all board meetings and implements board policies and procedures.
