- Coordinating with GBU stakeholders on S3D standardization
- Leading the 3D ASG (Application Support Group) based in India
- Working with SMEs (Subject Matter Expert)
- Coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Controls and other departments to resolve integration issues
- Recommending project integration adjustments in coordination with the project IS&T, EGSs, and the Project Engineering Manager
- Driving standardization of integration across the corporation
- Providing user training in the area of native application functionalities, in-house enhancements, data automation and integration
- Lead in testing and certification of new application versions for Project/GBU use
- Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Management from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience in Plant Design & Piping
- 6+ years of experience with S3D
- Intermediate knowledge of other Bechtel corporate work process and applications (cross-functional)
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Ability to build productive and collaborative internal/external working relationships

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet schedules

Position Summary
Bechtel is seeking a talented, energetic, ambitious S3D/CAD Specialist who wants to join our Digital Delivery team in Reston, VA. As a S3D/CAD Specialist, you will work with various GBUs, projects in setting up S3D, standardizing work processes, facilitate data integration across functions, promoting new features, enhancements developed by COTS or in-house automation team.
The position offers ample opportunity to "make a difference" in global execution of projects.
