- Conduct interviews with clients to assess eligibility for public assistance programs
- Assist individuals with applications and data entry into the state computer system
- Rearch case records verify financial details explain program benefits
- Schedule appointments relay critical information to case managers
- Maintain organized records communicate with internal teams community partners
